Julie Keiffer
N.M.D.
Dr. Julie Keiffer graduated from the University of Michigan in 1993 and from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2001. She completed a residency in general practice SCNM in 2002. Dr. Keiffer was involved with the minor surgery curriculum at SCNM from 2001-2005. Dr. Keiffer is a founding board member of NPBAM (Naturopathic Board of Aesthetic Medicine). She has a private practice focusing on aesthetic and laser medicine as well as hormone therapy and medically supervised weight management.
Kim Moffo
R.N., M.S.N.
Kim Moffo is an RN holding her BS and MS in Nursing. She has practiced Aesthetic Medicine for five years and has twenty five years prior of nursing history in OB/GYN. Kim performs clinical laser training for Physician Skin Solutions at Arrowhead and specializes in advance Dermal fillers and Botox. Kim is also a clinical trainer for Cutera Lasers, the primary lasers used at Physician Skin Solutions at Arrowhead.
Cheryl Wright
R.N.
Cheryl has been a nurse for 6 years and enjoys all aspects of the health care industry. Having struggled with her own skin through her teenage years she has developed a deep interest in skin care products as well as began researching the industry related to laser and skin care clinics. She was thrilled to have been given the opportunity to work with Dr. Shannon Maltais who has a deep understanding of the positive effects a consistent regimen will have on the overall quality of your skin. At Physician Skin Solutions at Arrowhead we offer a variety of non-invasive solutions for all skin types as well as one of the best skin care lines available which Cheryl personally use and loves.

Anjulie is from Ventura, California. She is proud to be working at Physician Skin Solutions At Arrowhead. She loves working with all types of skin and loves a challenge! She also loves doing make-up and making people feel and look their best!
Devon Sciria
Medical Aesthetician & CMLT
Devon really enjoys treating Acne as well as spider and facial veins. With over 3 years experience in the fast paced med-spa industry, she feels confident in preventative and corrective therapy. Devon just moved back to the valley from Nashville, TN. In her spare time she wakeboards as well as snowboards.

Diane Maltais
Financial and Marketing Coordinator
Diane is responsible for back office management, marketing and event planning. She comes to Physician Skin at Arrowhead with years of promotional service experience, and brings with her expertise in customer service and safety regulation. Diane has personally engaged in many aesthetic services throughout the years, as she serves as a model for all new procedures offered by Physician Skin. She greatly enjoys working with her daughter, Dr. Maltais, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Amanda Gray
Front Desk Coordinator
Amanda is our Front Desk Coordinator. She has a lot of experience in customer service and is pursuing a career in Aesthetics. Amanda was born and raised in Arizona and has a two year old son named Jonathan. When she isn’t working she loves to spend time at the park kicking the soccer ball with him!
Shelley Millick
Office Manager and Patient Coordinator
Shelley is our Front Office Manager and Records coordinator. Shelley has been with Physician Skin Solutions at Arrowhead since March of 2010. Although she is new to this industry she has several years experience in customer service and staff management. She loves seeing the consistent results from all our dedicated clients and hardworking staff. In her spare time she enjoys quality time with her family and friends.
Mickey Galindo
Receptionist
Mickey is our front office coordinator. She graduated from the Bryman School of Arizona earning a Medical Assistant degree. Mickey speaks Spanish fluently. She has been working in the medical field since 1995 and has specialized in Plastic Surgery for the last 8 years. Mickey is known for her attention to detail and for helping patients feel at ease with her naturally caring personality. Mickey has been married for 16 years and is the proud mother of three children.
