Julie Keiffer
N.M.D.
Dr. Julie Keiffer graduated from the University of Michigan in 1993 and from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2001. She completed a residency in general practice SCNM in 2002. Dr. Keiffer was involved with the minor surgery curriculum at SCNM from 2001-2005. Dr. Keiffer is a founding board member of NPBAM (Naturopathic Board of Aesthetic Medicine). She has a private practice focusing on aesthetic and laser medicine as well as hormone therapy and medically supervised weight management.
Kim Moffo
R.N., M.S.N.
Kim Moffo is an RN holding her BS and MS in Nursing. She has practiced Aesthetic Medicine for five years and has twenty five years prior of nursing history in OB/GYN. Kim performs clinical laser training for Physician Skin Solutions at Arrowhead and specializes in advance Dermal fillers and Botox. Kim is also a clinical trainer for Cutera Lasers, the primary lasers used at Physician Skin Solutions at Arrowhead.
Kim Muwais
R.N.
Kim has been a nurse for 14 years and enjoys all aspects of preventative health care. She believes in healthy eating, exercising and practicing a regiment of anti-aging skin care products. Working with the competent staff at Physician Skin Solutions at Arrowhead has enabled Kim to help others minimize the aging process. Kim is looking forward to meeting and helping individualize your personal skin care needs.
Cheryl Wright

Cheryl has been a nurse for 6 years and enjoys all aspects of the health care industry. Having struggled with her own skin through her teenage years she has developed a deep interest in skin care products as well as began researching the industry related to laser and skin care clinics. She was thrilled to have been given the opportunity to work with Dr. Shannon Maltais who has a deep understanding of the positive effects a consistent regimen will have on the overall quality of your skin. At Physician Skin Solutions at Arrowhead we offer a variety of non-invasive solutions for all skin types as well as one of the best skin care lines available which Cheryl personally use and loves.

Bobbi Fredriksz

Bobbi specializes in Anti-aging and Photo-damage. She has been with Physician Skin Solutions at Arrowhead for 2 years. Bobbi is a native born Californian, a mother of 4 beautiful children and a wife of 16 years. She enjoys a great magazine beach side with an umbrella, big hat, sunglasses and a cool beverage.
Bobbi is very confident in every aspect of what she does, and will help you on your journey to a more beautiful you!
Devon Sciria

Devon really enjoys treating Acne as well as spider and facial veins. With over 3 years experience in the fast paced med-spa industry, she feels confident in preventative and corrective therapy. Devon just moved back to the valley from Nashville, TN. In her spare time she wakeboards as well as snowboards.

Office Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant
Nicole is the Office Coordinator and Executive Administrative Assistant to Dr. Maltais. She takes much pride in assisting Dr. Maltais in her endeavors of a successful practice. She has collaborated with Dr. Maltais for over 3 years both at Physician Skin Solutions at Arrowhead and previous clinics. Nicole is a licensed Phlebotomist and Certified Medical Laser Technician. She is pursuing her dream of completing a degree in Healthcare.

Amy is our front desk coordinator. She loves working with people and coordinating our staffs schedules.
She is the newest to our team and brings Physician Skin at Arrowhead lots of experience in customer service!
Amanda Gray
Front Desk Coordinator
Amanda is our Front Desk Coordinator. She has a lot of experience in customer service and is pursuing a career in Aesthetics. Amanda was born and raised in Arizona and has a two year old son named Jonathan. When she isn’t working she loves to spend time at the park kicking the soccer ball with him!
